Reported to ICO again. They were not happy last time, how much unhappier will they now be? Unless they have since given permission.
Who's going to complain to BPA again(toothless) and the Lancashire partnership.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Don't forget to take a screen print so you have proof of their latest transgression, if they are displaying logos they are not entitled to I feel another bitterwallet report coming0

I have re-reported them to the BPA.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I'm loving the top result on the google search for pcn uk:
Pcn-Uk.co.uk - do NOT pay your Parking Charge Notice!
20 Jan 2010 ... If you have a Parking Charge Notice, or "fine" from Pcn-UK Ltd you may safely ignore it. You should also ignore any subsequent letters, ...
It still returns the link to their site!0 -
I see the website is still boasting about those "35 court cases" and "35 years of experience". What's with the fascination with the number 35? Could it be a certain person's IQ score? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

If you can't find the pcn-uk site it is probably as they have banned you IP from viewing it, if this happens you can get round it by rebooting your wireless or going through a proxy server such as https://www.hidemyass.com
He amusingly links to this website on his site now http://w3.hidemyass.com/index.php?q=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5vbGRoYW0tY2hyb25pY2xlLmNvLnVrL25ld3MtZmVhdHVyZXMvOC9uZXdzLzE1MjQ2L3BhcmtpbmctcGVuYWx0eS1qdXN0LWp1ZGdlLXJ1bGVz

35 cases, but only able to link to two stories - none apparently related to Pcn-Uk. I am convinced people here complaining got the Domain brought down in the first place, so complaining to BPA, ICO etc etc is probably a very good idea.0

Website has changed, looks like they now only want to show incriminating information to victims.0

And I am guessing they won't have a back end to the log-in and you'll be able to put any registration and 4 digit number in.trisontana wrote: »Except that the "log-in" link does not work. Another triumph for their web designer.0
