I would still take it further mate, get an apology and get it taken down too.
There's no point taking it up with the company, it's manned by a bunch of muppets - who, as clearly detailed in this thread, are happy to breach fair trading laws again and again.

I think you may find R Stuart is the new owner / manager of PCN-UK, the telephone number is PCN-UK's.

I don't know why Manchester police would supposedly be involved in a website for a company that is registered in Wales (England) an bearing in mind Mr Crappy Town In Kent S Wood lives in Chorley.

It might be because PCN-UK are actually based in Chorley and that the closest nick in St Thomas Road is only a couple minutes walk away from the office.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

After loads of !!!!-ups I think he has really laid the golden egg this time.

The comment on the website about Alan is libel pure and simple. We're talking a major lawsuit here. Anything you publish on a webiste.. you are liable for. If it's defamation then its a high court job.
I recommend you take Crabmans advice or the advice of other specialist solicitors on Pepino.

NOTE TO ANYONE GETTING TICKETS FROM THIS MOB.

Take notes and screengrabs of all these threats and unproffessional conduct he puts on his site. They'll help to prove he's a conman if anything ever got to court.

I've fired off another batch of complaints to the BPA, ICO and Trading Standards.

Keep complaining people! Don't forget to add HMRC to your complaint list as there's still no Vat registration number evident on their website!

Also don't forget to mention to BPA and ICO that their logos and membership claims are hidden behind the login system!

Haven't tried, but no doubt the logos are hidden behind the login. That's the whole point of the login to hide the illegal FAQ and logos etc

So somebody will have to park in Gala Bingo Chorley and get a ticket. This should give the "key data" to be able to log in.

I would not be surprised if they have lost the Gala contract after the email I sent to the CEO, if they have not lost it there is a good chance it is currently being reviewed

That's Lancs Police, though. Not GMP.

Anewman - if this were me, I would not let it lie.
