I'm also thinking that. That or he has blocked all IP's and is planning to open the site only to people who contact him by phone or email so he can unblock them, or arrange payment by email/phone. It's good to know that we're rattling them. Eventually they'll crack and go away. Victims will wonder why they can't just get onto the site and pay. Doesn't make them look like the legitimate company they profess to be.0 -
