That's the address of the administrators.

I realised that, I copied and pasted the companies house entry for the benefit of any potential customers of VL who google the name. It would not look good especially as it looks like they are will be charging people to provide training and business management services. Not having the intelligence to check companies house before you adopt a "trading as" name does not bode well

is too fluent .. so a quick search shows several sites with the same words:

    http://www.flowerconcept.com/pages/Terms-and-Conditions.html

    For example.

There a good dozen with this wording - so it's an off-the shelf-kit. Except these other sites are selling an actual product, so it's subtly odd for dear Ash to use it.

When the changes to the Vibe Leisure website was noted a couple of weeks ago it was predicted then that they would become some form of management company, I believe. And Lo it has come to pass.

I think VL Services Ltd is a bit of a red herring, to be honest. The local connection is entirely coincidental. However if you were to look at it as merely another contraction of Vibe Leisure Services it fits rather better. Amongst the many (and I do mean many) services that appear to be being offered are:

    Company formations
    Domain hosting & registration,
    E-mail hosting
CRB checks (I like that one)
    Call centre management
    Performing corporate research

That is besides all of those things you might have to go to a Private Investigator for. I think we might have a new nickname for Ash:

My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Just googling for Vibe Leisure and came across this cached page....

    http://209.85.229.132/search?q=cache:eZa6JJCU-oEJ:www.parking.vibeleisure.co.uk/+vibe+leisure&cd=20&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk

Looks like he might be trying to drop the PCN-UK Ltd name and use "Vibe Leisure Ltd Car park management" instead.

Maybe he's taken his signs down on Gala Bingo car park while he gets new Vibe Leisure Ltd signs printed out on his dot matrix printer (or maybe he's going to make his new signs with some lovely colour crayons).

That cached page still carries this illegal threat:-

In the meantime your registration number is recorded and should you enter any one of our sites in the meantime your vehicle will be clamped and may be towed and impounded until debt satisfaction. If you cannot pay the debt your car may be seized and sold to pay the outstanding debt.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Looks like they are adding 'Taking Without Consent' to their list of crimes.

God that Vibe Leisure Parking site is even worse than the PCN-UK LTD one.
When you entered our car park you entered into a contractual agreement with our company therefore agreeing to us issuing a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) if you break the agreement........
.......You the driver may not be the registered keeper but that does not matter as the owner's vehicle was involved in the trespass and damages will be pursued through them.

Make your mind up Ash. Either the driver entered into a contract or the vehicle did.
You can't have it both ways.
