Help! Court Claim from PCN-UK

Hi all,
I would greatly appreciate any help in preparing my defense against a court claim order made by PCN-UK Ltd for an alleged parking offense a few months back. I have read through all the useful threads (but if you think that if there is a particular one that I should not miss, please let me know), and there were especially a few regarding this particular PPC which was very reassuring! However, I don't have much time to submit my defense (which I intend to do online- and I would have some breathing space once I ask for the "28 day" cushion), and I thought that I could use some help from all those helpful souls out here. After I received 2 visits (and notices) from the "bailiffs" from their "Debt Collection Department" whilst I was not at home, I have had a few e-mail exchanges with PCN-UK asking them not to harass me any further. As advised by Martin, I did not accept any wrong doing, but did accept that it was me who parked on the premises (again, on Martin's advice and I did not want to lie).
I would appreciate any help and guidance in preparing my defense, and even if not- a word of encouragement and support would be more than welcome!
Thanks to all in advance!
PS: I am happy to provide more information, but I do understand that the MSE forum is regularly visited by our friends from these PPCs and hence I wouldn't want to divulge any identifiable information than what is needed to construct my defense!

Have actual court papers been served on you or have you just had a letter from them saying that they may take you to court? If the latter then your best plan is to ignore any more correspondence from them. If their debt collectors come calling again ask them to vacate their property, if they don't, then call the police. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

If you've received a Court Claim, the first thing to check is does it have a court stamp and case number on it? If in doubt, phone the court to check - some PPCs send out a pro-forma claim form to try and scare people.
If it is real, scan it and remove personal details, then post the Particulars of Claim on here, so we can advise how to word your defence.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

I was quite amused by the frequency and degree of spelling errors in their email, For eg, "Please note telephone conversations are no longer aloud as we need all correspondence in formal righting"!!:rotfl:

If you were not at home how did you know you had visits? There's something not right here !!!
Until we see your alleged court paperwork and some kind of proof that you had a "visit" i will reserve judgement.0 -
Hmm, something decidedly fishy about this. More info please, preferably of the paperwork variety.0

When did this "offence" take place?0

Thanks for the quick reply. I will scan the court order and post it on the forum in the next 30 mins- it is indeed a court order, as I was able to log into the moneyclaims website with the password provided. The proof of visit was a notice (not a postal mail) detailing the time and date of visit dropped into my letter box.If you were not at home how did you know you had visits? Well, I'm sure many here and elsewhere would love to help you. You should also post all of this on pepipoo.com because they will definitely have some words of wisdom for you.0

Hia- a stupid question. How do I post pictures/ document on this forum? I clicked the "insert image" option on the reply, and it asks me for the URL of the image. How do I get the URL of the scanned image that is on my computer? Thanks for the help!0
