That "particulars of claim" gets about 1 out of 10 for English and grammar. For a start what does "vehicle latter received a parking charge" notice mean? So are they charging the vehicle or the driver? If it is a genuine court document it will be laughed out of court.

One thing I have just noticed that document has not be signed, unless you have deleted that part?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    Just what i thought..........
  • What no claim number? Or have you removed it? If not then its just a tactic to frighten you, all REAL claim forms would have a claim number on it so you could check it veracity. Unless others better in the know advise differently continue to ignore.

  • My goodness, there is literally NO GRAMMAR in that collection of jabbering nonsense.

"________ has since contact our office" er, what? Surely a judge would laugh this out of court?

Be warned, these idiots are known to use stuff written on message boards against innocent people in court, so just be careful about what you say here. They're probably using you as an example, so you really need to get as much help as possible before going any further. Are you also posting this on pepipoo?

And, as I said when I edited my post above, the form does not appear to have been signed.

  • What annoys me is how these ppc's get away with lying and using actual court papers to mislead RK's into paying. This is demanding money with menaces (well nearly) Why does the judiciary not drop on them from a great height?
