Here is a picture of Ashford when someone is stupid enough to pay one of hi tickets
This is Ashford when someone ignores one of his tickets of he reads something on MSE he does not like0 -
I think he is more likely to be preparing some more excellent prose to go onto his other (rejuvenated) project hereMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

If you receive a visit from their "bailiffs" rest assured that they are nothing of the sort. Refuse to speak with them, and call the police if they refuse to leave.0 -
if he mentions clamping.. he hasn't got a licence.
Also, if the PPC needs a license as well, where can I get hold of the information that PCN-Uk does or does not have a valid license?0 -

The website says that it is a copy of the government's guidelines- may be yes, may be not [It could be describing the court employed bailiffs and not the cowboys (aka enforcement agents aka debt collectors) from the PPC].
It's yet another example of his sloppy cutting and pasting of official documents. It's the same when another page talks about parking attendants, where it mixes up real traffic wardens and is knuckle-dragging staff:-
Q: Aren't PCN officers supposed to give 'a few minutes grace' before issuing a ticket?
A: No you are not permitted to stop for 'a few minutes' other than to set down or pick up passengers or load and unload goods (in the absence of any loading restrictions). A warden or parking attendant may observe a vehicle for a few minutes to see if any such activity is going on before issuing a parking ticket, but they are within their rights to issue the ticket as soon as an illegally parked vehicle is seen.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

We have already looked at it, there were quite a few posts on it but Ashford got upset and complained so a lot of the posts on it were removed.

If you copy and paste part of his bailiff pdf into google it will take you to some of the sites it's from.0 -
AlphaRomeo wrote: »Does it mean that his parking sign in GalaBingo chorley, which states, "wheel clamping in operation" is illegal? I am led to understand that a PPC which uses wheel clamping should have an SIA license as well as the person who does the actual clamping- is this true or is it that only the clamper has to hold a license?
Also, if the PPC needs a license as well, where can I get hold of the information that PCN-Uk does or does not have a valid license?
You are correct. The actual clamper AND the company that they are clamping for (who you pay) both need SIA licences for immobilising vehicles.
You can search on the SIA website for licence holders.
The owner of PCN-UK LTD had a doorman/bouncer's licence that has now been revoked.0 -
If his licence has been revoked it means he cannot be an executive of a security company / company that requires an SIA licence. The exception to this is if he describes himself as a "security consultant". It's a massive loophole in the regulations that was exposed on a documentry a couple of years ago. They had security companies that were employing ex / current gangsters who could not obtain SIA licences, but could be employed as "Security Consultants".
This may explain the multitude (For the benefit of Ash that means lots of) companies he is involved with.0 -

thats spot on philatio, if he was using his doormans badge to clamp he again like so often was breaking the law.
when you apply to the sia, you have to express what line of the security industry you are working in. the card that you recieve will be blue and on the right hand side running down the side in yellow will state what area of security he is working in. doormans badges will say door supervisor or frontline operative.so anyone that finds themselves being clamped please check in the yellow area on the card what line of security they are in. if in doubt refuse to pay and call the police, also take a note of the card number and report it to the sia. at sia.org.uk or 08702430100. this number you can also ring at the time to check that the card is registered as there are a lot of good fakes going round at the minute.
the holder is also breaking the law if they refuse to allow you to check their details.0
