I daresay that if someone was of the mind to trawl through the websites of the Private Parking Companies that consildated lists of companies that show the usual logos, such as the ICO, BPA, BSI etc (incredibly, some have been observed to use police logos) could be drawn up.
Then a single letter to each logo owner would carry much more weight. For example if the BPA was contacted first with a complete list of 'all logo users' and nothing was done by the BPA then that paper trail could be included when the issue was escalated to each logo owner.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this but PCN-UK Ltd have disappeared from the LANPAC member list www.lanpac.co.uk/listltop.php . Though it goes without saying that the LANPAC log is still on the PCN-UK website!

So 3 logos on the homepage and not one of them is being used legitimately.

Be nice wiseguy, just can't help it can you

You continue to try and have the last humiliated, face saving word my friend, but the point is made and importantly has been seen to be made, your recent behaviour towards the mainly good people of this forum, here for sensible debate, help, advice and sometimes a shoulder to lean on has been nothing short of atrocious, offensive, childish and peurile HOWEVER, it seems to have penetrated that incredibly arrogant and self indulgent skull of yours as the bile has slowed down the last couple of days so it's sinking in - YOUR BEHAVIOUS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE SUNSHINE, so in that vein I'll back off now but I'm watching you and your venomous outpourings and any repetition I'll continue to take you to task.

You've got serious inadequacy issues son, get advice for your own sake as well as ours.

I'm done now, take your last word, come back and edit - then heed the above at your own pace.

    !!!!!! Doncha.....basics, basics, basics.

Punctuation is there to aid understanding.

You seem unable to use capitals or full stops, so you just have long rambling paragraphs of rubbish.

Using punctuation wouldn't stop you writing cr4p, but it would allow readers to idnetify it as cr4p a lot earlier. [Of course the easiest way is to see it's you writing it, and then file under 'S for Brains'].

You seem awfully keen to get physical with me, is there something I don't know about your crush on me??

I emailed PCN-UK forwarding the above answer from the Information Commissioner. I have just received a reply from the company. Here is the answer in full:- "haha".

It just shows what an infantile character he is. I hope he will soon be laughing on the other side of his face when the powers that be descend on him.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Did you think of forwarding the whole email correspondence to the ICO and ask them what they think? Hope they are not similar to BPA!

I checked if UK Facility Services (UKFS) which owns PCN-UK is a member of LANPAC and it is not on the list as well! Calls for another email, now to the LANPAC.
  • Rec'd this mail from Imformation Commissioners Office:-
I am gonna PM Peter_the_Piper asking to forward the above email to my personal email- I am sure it will come in handy in preparation of my defence when (& if) I need to appear in the court!
  • You have pm. I hope it helps.

Judging by Ashford and PCN-UK's flippant regard to the law it could do you a major favour if he or someone from the company actually turn up at the county court. Imagine the holes they could dig themselves and the quality of paperwork they will bring with them (Of forget).

The judge will take into account the above and how in their mind the quality / trustworthiness of the witness is.

I would also recommend you take a screen print of the part of PCN-UK's website where they state they have won 5 court cases. This may also help you if you ask for evidence of them and they cannot provide them.

Have you looked into taking out a case against them for the letter stating they had a warrant yet. From a quick look on the net, the advice seems to be you can sue in these cases.
