Has anyone complained to Gala Bingo yet, about these issues eg displaying logos they are not entitled to which is in breach of the Unfair Business Act, the warrant issue etc etc.

I doubt Gala would want to be associated with a company that is not 100% above board.

If you want the email address of Gala Coral CEO it is available on the internet, alternatively I can look it up for you

I would also recommend you take a screen print of the part of PCN-UK's website where they state they have won 5 court cases. This may also help you if you ask for evidence of them and they cannot provide them.

I think the website actually said "35 cases". He seems to have an obsession with the number 35, as he also stated that the company had "35 years experience" in this sort of work.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

There is also the question of the company name and it's registration number. According to the website:-

PCN-UK is owned and managed by UK facility services LTD. Registered in England & Wales. Company No 06996949

This is completely wrong. That company number is for PCN-UK, not UK Facility Services:-
    PCN-UK LTD
    FILEDS HOUSE
12/13 OLD FIELDS ROAD BOCAM PARK
    PENCOED
    BRIDGEND
    CF35 5LJ
    Company No. 06996949

So another breach of the law.

Yes. I have taken snapshots of all the pages of the website and I will be using it in the court!

Have you looked into taking out a case against them for the letter stating they had a warrant yet. From a quick look on the net, the advice seems to be you can sue in these cases.
Not yet. I am just waiting for the civil procedure to resolve. Once done, I will be taking the necessary steps!

I had initially emailed the Gala Bingo customer care months ago. It was a bit of soft email, in that I did not present all the alleged breaches of PCN-UK to them. I did not get any reply.
Now that I have more ammunition with me now, I think I will email GalaBingo CEO highlighting the (alleged) unfair business practices followed by PCN-UK.

I think that this number (and the claim) "disappeared" off their website more than a month ago! I can't see it anywhere- if anyone can find it (or) has a cache of it, can you post it here please?

Be nice wiseguy, just can't help it can you

You continue to try and have the last humiliated, face saving word my friend, but the point is made and importantly has been seen to be made, your recent behaviour towards the mainly good people of this forum, here for sensible debate, help, advice and sometimes a shoulder to lean on has been nothing short of atrocious, offensive, childish and peurile HOWEVER, it seems to have penetrated that incredibly arrogant and self indulgent skull of yours as the bile has slowed down the last couple of days so it's sinking in - YOUR BEHAVIOUS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE SUNSHINE, so in that vein I'll back off now but I'm watching you and your venomous outpourings and any repetition I'll continue to take you to task.

You've got serious inadequacy issues son, get advice for your own sake as well as ours.

I'm done now, take your last word, come back and edit - then heed the above at your own pace.

Wise up sunshine and grow up finally, contribute positively in the spirit of these forums or move on.

LOL....I post a comment showing the useless-ness of the BPA [which many posters on here will agree with] and you attack me with the same stalking email [with the same awful spelling] that you've been dragging all around the boards looking for me.

In your eagerness to be a cyber-bully you come off looking like a fool.

google cache for pcn-uk, 35 claims.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
