    I do not use Facebook so I cannot view the content to which you refer however I suggest you research cyberstalking. Facebook will reveal IP information to a police inquiry I believe.

    Make copies of those pages.

    I also think that our wonderful DVLA should not be releasing personal details to someone who is making violent threats. If they continue to do so, action must be taken. What happens if this subhuman decides to collect his 'fines' in person?

    Is he that thick that he doesn't understand that you can't go round saying things like that about people? You can sue for defamation and be awarded compensation - it's not as if it can't be 100% traced.
