Well despite his link to their site, the BPA (British Parking Association) has never heard of PCN-UK.
AND.. seeing as they exist to try and stop rogue parking firms and have a strict code of conduct, which ASW seems to be ignoring, then I can't see him applying to be a member anytime soon.0 -

If you click on the "Bailiff Guide" link on the website you will find a cut and paste effort taken from a government document. It looks as though he is trying to muddy the distinction between debt-collectors and bailiffs. Also note the "Restricted when complete " line at the bottom of each page, and that it's headed "UK Facility services LTD" complete with an illegal company registration number.
And what the hell does "this is a copy of government guidelines seek your own advice" next to that link mean?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
