Q: I have been on some online internet forums and read that this isn’t legal and now I will not pay

A: That’s fine PCN-UK operates fully within the law, the company management has over 35 years of experience in this business. People on internet forums are nobody’s who don’t have a life and like to get people into trouble by giving them incorrect advice. This year alone we have had over 35 legal cases taken to court and each case we have won due to our legal systems in place. If you don’t want to pay that’s fine, but just expect more costs and home visits.

    Oooozing professionalism.

They are breaking the law by not showing their company number on this new website (unless it's so well hidden that I cannot find it)

    It is on there.

PCN uk website seems to have vanished again

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  • Its still there for me, awful site, not optimised for any other browser would be my guess.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

If you google PCN-UK this forum comes up really high, which will please them.

Please resist the urge to click on this thread's link (Once a day) from the google search as it will push this thread higher on google...

It would probably be best if you do your own google search for PCN UK and then click on the MSE thread.

Sorry if it was not very clear

If anyone is a pepipoo member if they post a link to this thread on there and also post a link on here for the pepipoo thread that would also help get us both higher on gooogle searchs
  • There's a small program you can embedd into your site which does this, what it does not do however is to say who or where you are. Its not that important as they would need a court order to get this info off your isp and that they would not get.

So instead of acting like a mature adults who are willing to come on here and put their side of the argument, they have thrown their toys out of their pram by acting this way.

Once again I repeat my invitation for a representative from PCN-UK to come onto this forum and explain why they think that what they are doing is 100% legit, and they are not acting unlawfully by imposing parking charges that bear no relationship to the actual losses suffered by the land-owner.Also details of those "35 legal cases" would be useful.

By the way, you owe us £90 for the work we did correcting your spelling and grammar.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • Ooh I feel hurt, I've been blocked as well.
