More misinformation from this company. They cannot even tell the difference between a County Court and a Magistrates Court:-
Failure to pay your ticket after the 28 days will result in your details being passed onto a debt collections company and they will issue a County Court Summons to appear in a local Magistrates Court for a subsequent appearance.
They also say they "support and work with" the BPA. But they appear not to be members of that organization.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

It's a brand-new company, incorporated in August this year.

We require appeals in writing for the following reasons;
- We have a formal record of the appeal.
- You can include any evidence that you believe is pertinent to your appeal.
- Your appeal is not based on an interpretation of a telephone conversation with a single member of staff.
- Your appeal is in your own words, again not an interpretation.
- The Appeals Review Committee is then able to treat everyone in a like manner.
- We are able to make a formal written response to the appeal to the contact address supplied.

I like the way the wrong spelling of the word "field" (fileds) has been carried over to all their documentation, including their details at Companies House.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

As somebody on Pepipoo has just noticed the "Q&A" page bears an uncanny resemblance to this. Of course it could be a coincidence!What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

1. PCN-UK's FAQ page Click Here
2. Parking Enforcement FAQ page Click Here
3. Road Traffic Law FAQ page Click Here
PCN's FAQ page appears to be a straight lift of Parking Enforcement's and both have elements in common with Road Traffic Law.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
