Well, no sooner had he arrived and he's gone (Well, almost). The new director's appointment - which only commenced on 7 December was terminated on 18. Not that he is lost to the organisation as a whole because not only was he appointed a director of PCN-UK on 7 December but also that of UKFS and than would still seem to be current. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
It's now after 6pm on December 12th. All the good folk at PCN-UK are now on their 12 day Christmas break. They can take this holiday safe in the knowledge that they have the cleared all their many car-parks of illegal motorists, and that those 36 successful court cases have given a short-sharp-shock to those disillusioned fools who think that PCN-UK is staffed by semi-literate nobody's (sorry nobodies), who don't know the difference between Wales and England and haven't a clue about contract law. The world would be a poorer place without them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Lets hope that they are having fun on the proceeeds of the sale of goods siezed by their 'bailiffs' from the criminal motorists that these brave souls have brought to book. Gawd bless you one and all.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Edit, I have just checked the BPA membership list and they are definatly not on there.
So that's another infringement on their part.
That is only a small subset of the total membership.0 -

It is just a list of the AOS members, not all the members.0

I checked with BPA and they have confirmed that they are not members and will look into this situation. this is a husband and wife team in a small hired office0

They could have got a proper web master to make their site, letting their 5 yr old do it is a bit much.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

That's interesting (I did suspect it) as I believe they have to be a member of the BPA or a similar trade organisation to be able to get the data from the DVLA. Have a read of these links.
http://www.dft.gov.uk/dvla/data/relinfo/howtorequest.aspx
From the relevant form they have to fill in (V888/3) Type of company
You must tell us what type of company you run, for
example, car parking companies, solicitors and so on.
You also need to tell us if your company is local, national
or international.
If you are a car parking or wheelclamping company you
must be a member of an Accredited Trade Association
(ATA) to request information from DVLA either
electronically or by post, otherwise we will reject your
request for information
Whose up for a complaint to the DVLA, this along with the pretending to have a court warrant would not look good (Although the DVLA are quote mercenary so may just ignore it).0
