Apart from the website similarities and being based in roughly the same neck of the woods there is no other obvious connection between PCNNW and PCN-UK.

It doesn't matter whether the 'clamper' holds an SIA licence or not. Both the clamper and the company they work for must be licenced.

Does seem to be a seperate company. Been trading for a few years now.
Very similar (bad) website. Maybe PCN-UK LTD just copied and pasted from them.

Oddly though.. pcnnw.co.uk is registered at Nominet as a UK Individual not a registered company. I do believe thats against the rules.

I think the bellends are under the impression that if the advertise for "self employed" certified clampers they somehow circumvent the law. Good luck to them, just another avenue for them to trot down on their way out of court whilst pondering the enormous cost without return.

I have just had a reply from the BPA regarding their logo appearing on PCN-UK's website. The BPA confirm that this company is not a member, and PCN-UK have been told to remove the logo.
