It's still there. It's on the home page at the extreme right-hand-side.

    You're right.

So are the BPA going to show us their teeth?

I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

    That'll be what teeth?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I must apologise for questioning Ashford's business practices, I now acknowledge that I underestimated him and made a mistake in my earlier post. In it I stated he has broken the first rule / law in the Unfair Business Practices. I now accept I was wrong and did not give him credit. I believe (Allegedly) he has actually broken the first FOUR rules in the Unfair Business Practices.

I would like to apologise to Ashford for underestimating his business skills.

    1. Faking credentials
Claiming to be a signatory to a code of conduct when
    the trader is not.
    2. You’re not who you say you are
Displaying a trust mark, quality mark or equivalent without
    having obtained the necessary authorisation.
    3. Your endorsement is not real
Claiming that a code of conduct has an endorsement from
a public or other body which it does not have.
    4. Not being true to the terms of the endorsement
Claiming that a trader (including his/her commercial
practices) or a product has been approved, endorsed
or authorised by a public or private body when he/she/it
has not, or making such a claim without complying with
the terms of the approval, endorsement or authorisation.

Consider Torts, Fraud by false representation, criminal breaches of Consumer Regulation.

A complete list would be tiresome.

You begin to wonder if even his "bailiffs" have the requisite number of tattoos.
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.

They have the BPA icon tattooed on their neck along with the Standard of St George with the legend "Proud to be Welsh" underneath it.

Will they have to cut their arms off in light of the issue with accreditation to BPA?
