If only HMRC had a whistle-blowers hotline.

    Or even a web page http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/tax-evasion/index.htm ;)
  • Can't help but pity him a bit though. You can imagine him a few months ago, seeing all these scam PPCs raking in cash from unsuspecting people and thinking "Wow, I'll have me a bit of that, it looks simple enough, just need a yellow website and a printer". Little did he know, we're all wise to these scams now and can quite easily expose a moron when we find one.

He can't be expecting to expand his business much . If you click onto his "new customer" link, it goes to a "Not Found" page.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Lol you shouldn't have mentioned it, he'll go fix it now  :D We're giving him too much help on correcting his website.

But thats whats making these PNC-UK LTD threads so popular.

Usually PPCs know the law but rely on the fact that the common man doesn't to try and trick you into paying their 'fines'

PNC-UK LTD knows even less about the law than the common man. It's a bit like Mr Bean and Frank Spencer setting up their own parking company.

What's his obsession with the number 35? The company is supposed to have "35 years experience", and we also have those famous "35 court cases". Perhaps 35 is his IQ.

A request can be sent to HMRC to find out how many cases this company has brought and of their dispositions.

This would be better from the OP, he has the ""warrant"" from the bailiffs with the vat on (if I remember correctly)
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

He is now starting a new venture - Self Ticketing

Actually this quite well written and with only one spelling mistake "carr" instead of "car", but it's the usual nonsense and half-truths.

Note also he is revising his charges in February (if he hasn't been locked up by then):-

Q: What are the PCN fees?

A: Currently we charge £100.00 if paid within 14 days of the PCN issue date and an early bird discount of £50.00 if paid within 7 days. Please note as of 1st of February 2010 we will be launching new PCN fees:
£80.00 if paid within 14 days and £40.00 if paid within 7 days of issue.
£15.00 fee for failing to park in a marked bay or parked within a disabled bay

More nonsense about disabled bays as you see.

Always keen to keep this thread at the top of the Google rankings..... How can this 'new' service have a 90% track record of success? Where did those figures come from? They are surely not suggesting that 90% of victims pay up?
