I think he has set up UKFS to make the empire look bigger and for UKFS to be the debt collecting part so they can send scary letters to people from a different company chasing the debt as most pcn companie do0

I have just noticed that at the bottom of their "contact us" page there is now a logo for an organization called "Language Line Services". According to its website "Language Line Services is the world’s leading provider of over-the-phone interpretation services."
So what's that all about? They might have to employ this company to interpret all the irate Welsh people calling up to complain that PENCOED is actually in Wales, not England.
Also, on the same page you will find this:-
Please note any postage that arrives at our office that requires further payment will not be accepted or paid. So please pay the correct postage. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

He slotted that in when he got wind of the Christmas card campaign on the other thread. He's one funny bunny.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
He definitely has been watching here, shame he won't get all the Christmas cards.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
-
He is now starting a new venture - Self Ticketing
Actually this quite well written and with only one spelling mistake "carr" instead of "car", but it's the usual nonsense and half-truths.
Note also he is revising his charges in February (if he hasn't been locked up by then):-
Q: What are the PCN fees?
A: Currently we charge £100.00 if paid within 14 days of the PCN issue date and an early bird discount of £50.00 if paid within 7 days. Please note as of 1st of February 2010 we will be launching new PCN fees:
£80.00 if paid within 14 days and £40.00 if paid within 7 days of issue.
£15.00 fee for failing to park in a marked bay or parked within a disabled bay
More nonsense about disabled bays as you see. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I have to disagree about it being well written, I've spotted a number of mistakes throughout it. I wont give any details though, it's like providing him with a free proof reading service. The mistakes help people see what a moron he is.0

They don't appear to be VAT registered.
So either they're making very little money - which cannot be true as they've won at least 35 court cases and keep announcing loads of new contracts each week - or else they're defrauding Her Majesties Revenue & Customs, which I believe is an offence that carrys a prison sentence.0 -
Don't forget that the company has been in existence for less than 4 months. So I would take that claim of "35 court cases" with a very large truck-load of salt. I don't know fast the county court system operates, but I doubt that they could have managed to deal with even one case in that time.
Just look at the example of AlphaRomeo. His "offence" is supposed to have occurred in September (just one month after the formation of the company) and that case still hasn't gone to court.
That's a good point about the VAT though. If he is actually taking all that money in from those many parking sites (which I doubt) then he should have a massive VAT bill. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
