  • I got a letter today & still charging £2.25, can't find another number for them than the 0844 which will charge me to call them (even 0870/0845 are free on my phone plan!)

    this doesn't sound good, i've just had a dispatch email and money taken 2.25 am i going to get an empty box? bizzare!

    I have had email saying order has been depatched, and i have been charged, so will wait and see.

    Ive been really lucky i got charged £6.99 and was delivered a empty bag apart from afew leaflets.No Blacket.
  • Finally got my order for some stuff yesterday and on the invoice it said blanket letter - this was a letter explaining the blanket was no longer in stock and the cheeky blighters had charged 2.25 to my account for the letter!!! quick phone call and they knocked it off my account - the cheek of it :)

    Post has just arrived and the same has happened to me. What a waste of their time and expense mailing this out. Phoned and complained strongly. They will credit me within the next 3 days - will be watching carefully.:mad:

    If you call : 0800 027 0008 at least it wont cost for the phone call.

    Yes, you get a tracking number, and effectively the letter is treated as your delivery. They'll be getting a phone call from me in 5 minutes..........:mad:
