back pack arrived quickly but now ive recived statment saying ive been charged 3.99 for delivery of blanket i didnt recieve ???


have now rang them and they have canceled charges with apoliges x

Empty parcel arrived 3 weeks ago. Still took the money out of my account. Had to ring them up for my refund. Profuse appologies, from them, and they say not likely to get the blanket back in stock either. Boo.
Oh well, .... some you win, some you loose.

i was phoned on friday by there customer services to offer me the backpack and some stickers by way of apology , or £12 off there catologue no minimum spend , i have taken the £12.00 , so will get something out of there

I got the same call todaay - got the backpack as I really didnt want to order something from them again

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AS WELL. These blankets were part of my Xmas presents for some friends of mine...I let them down as well this way. I have the backpack as well now but I still feel that this is not the right way to treat customers. I am going to order the free black jacket as well, but after that they should offer really good deal to me if they want to keep me as their customer.
