i just got the empty bag too today with a 1 page letter, do i have to call for a refund ?2010 - Goals

I, too, just received an empty package and was charged £2.25. I have sent an email asking for a refund so hopefully will receive a reply. I shall not be using this company again.0

Just wanted you all to know that my mum works for La Redoute in Wakefield and they have been unindated with calls and emails asking for a refund on this item as hardly anybody has been sent it. If you are sending emails then please be patient as they are 2-3 days behind on answering them so if you want it sorting asap then she suggests that you should ring them.
