Also received an empty bag today, except for the bumpf they'd sent through. If the blanket is out of stock, why is it being offered as a 'Free Gift' on the letter?

  • If you notice the letter is for vertbaudet who must have at some point been offering the blanket as free with purchases.

Anyone trying to use the £12 off code should realise that it applies to orders from Vertbaudet's fashion and home collections, so won't work from Laredoute, it also says at the bottom of the letter that offers are valid for 30 days from the invoice date.

Got my empty bag today too. How pointless!

And as adam says above, why does the leaflet say 'the free gift you ordered' when we all paid for the item(s)?

Will call that 0800 number for my refund tomorrow.

Needless to say will avoid this company in future, incompetence puts me off I'm afraid.

Account debited, empty parcel for me too. Have just called, she refunded my money and then offered me two special offers - it's not her fault so I let her read them out to me. She then put me through to a survey, where I said I would be very unlikely to recommend them to friends or family! Completely ridiculous. I think Martin needs to get on to them and find out what the hell happened here.

My blanket (empty parcel!) is due to be delivered today? Should I refuse to accept it, or accept it and then ring them up?
