  • I've got a dispatch email dated 8 January, with tracking that says it's out for delivery to courier. Sounds like I'll be getting an empty bag. I won't be using them again no matter how tempting the offer. It sounds too much like a con.

ugh i got the bag of letters to, just called up and they are refunding my £2.25 and sending me the red back pack as the free gift.

    Same thing here. Oh well.

The lady I spoke to was very nice.

She told me how it happened - delivery notes were printed instead of cancellation letters - del notes automatically get processed in one way, and we end up receiving empty parcels.

I'd complain if it were a huge amount, but I'm happy with the backpack replacement. And I'm getting the money back.

i got the empty bag just now, called the 0800 number , was transferred to another dept and they are refunding my card , they told me that they had been let down by there supplier and that the refund will be credited within 3 working days , the strangest online shopping experience ever in my books . cant believe they are paying couriers to go round delivering empty(apart from brochure) bags
    very very weird

just got my letter, money had been taken out of my bank so i rang up. the lady apologised and said there had been a system error. she asked for my card details in order to process the refund so that was simple enough to solve. also had the free £12/backpack/jungle characters letter. i have no idea whether to bother taking them up on any of these offers, i dont think i'll ever use them again!
