I will never ever use them again. I ordered 4 items with the voucher code. Had the email confirming my order and the value. Then they proceeded to take a completely different amount from my bank with no notification as to why. I emailed to query why and got a blunt email back saying the code could not be used on sale items and I should refer to their terms and conditions. I have emailed replying that I cannot believe they can confirm in an email one price and then take a total different amount from my bank account, can they??? And again I had the email confirming the blanket had been despatched, the full £3 was taken from my account, not the £2.85 as confirmed in my email and I got the empty parcel too!!! Horrendous!!!

I have ordered from laRedoute a few times before so my expectations were always low.

11/12 ordered 3 blankets
14/01 rec 3 empty bags, phoned up 3 refunds in process, 3 backpacks on their way out to me.
When I think about it I've spent 2 mins on the net ordering, 2 mins on the phone to them, I've lent them £6.75 for a week and they have given me 3 free gifts so not too bad.

Ive just had my empty parcel all ive got was a refund to my bank, no offer of a back pack like you lot have

got my empty bag with invoice for £2.25 haha!..also enclosed is a letter saying I can use the enclosed code for £12 off anything in vertbaudet, the backpack free or some jungle stick arounds for free..:)

Just been reading some of the comments on here and some people are closing accounts etc....it was obvious but worth a try they weren't coming, don't know about you but the blanket wasn't showing up like a normal la redoute page when you searched....I think I said they wouldn't come or at least thought it and went to type it!!!lol

the way to describe my page was that it was like an old item that wouldn't come up in the search but if you put the code in it would....its like an old item from years ago...vertbaudet had the same thing with big sleeping bags years ago...

then again maybe it was just my dodgy pc!!haha!

I love this company and had no problems with them, yip some things don't come but thats the same as any other company...:)

I don't understand why it was obvious we wouldn't get them but worth a try. I ordered items, one of which was the blanket, I received the other items but was told the blanket was delayed. They then charge me for the blanket and send me a bag with paperwork.

Personally I'm not happy to use a company that sometimes send what you order and pay for and sometimes don't, particularly when you have to phone them to ask them for a refund.

i am not that bothered about getting the item i am more annoyed at the wait (over a month), and then the parcel being dlivered after several emails comfirming order is on way, taking the money ouut of my account! and then getting some stupid leaflet instead! communication is the KEY!

Just on a positive note. Not only did I get the mens jeans I ordered. I complained that they had quoted £11.25 but then advised me that they were taking £15 ,24 p.p I emailed saying no that price should have been inclusive of p.p.
Today they advised me "sorry your account will be credited with the difference" so actually quite good customer service.:beer:

We also recieved empty packet just assumed blanket being set seperately so will call CS on Monday for refund.
