Oh Dear!

Just had a parcel delivered after being told my blankets were on the way!

It had 4 pieces of paper stating that my christmas blanket free offer was out of stock (I had ordered 4 but free?) offering me alternative offers to choose from none of which were of any interest whatsoever to me, and wait for it!!!

A delivery note for the 4 blankets stating I had been charged for the said blankets at £3.00 each - £12

They are looking into this for me as they appear to have charged me £12 for telling me that my order is not in stock!!!!!!:eek:

Also, I had applied the discount so even if the blankets had have been delivered it would have been the wrong price, lol!

At least I wasn't the only one who recieved an empty parcel!

i've had a card put throgh the letterbox for a parcel that couldnt fit through the letter box.......could it be my blanket?? The frustrating thing is that i can't get to the post office until Thursday....

I cannot believe thay have charged me £6 for items that are out of stock!

the same for me advise the goods (with the code would be £11.25 then advise that they had despatched my order and taken £15.24 from my account .
The goods arrived today and the p&p is actually the difference. I have emailed them as such and await a response.it at least i got what i ordered!

Can't believe I am getting so excited about 2 blankets lol!! Really can't believe they will ever arrive either despite now getting daily e-mails to say they are on the way and that the money has been taken from my account.

Honestly have no idea what I am going to do with them when/if they do arrive!
