Just had a parcel delivered after being told my blankets were on the way!
It had 4 pieces of paper stating that my christmas blanket free offer was out of stock (I had ordered 4 but free?) offering me alternative offers to choose from none of which were of any interest whatsoever to me, and wait for it!!!
A delivery note for the 4 blankets stating I had been charged for the said blankets at £3.00 each - £12
They are looking into this for me as they appear to have charged me £12 for telling me that my order is not in stock!!!!!!

I got the same email.
I think it means credited towards your LeRedoute Account; not your bank account. Therefore you don't owe them anything further.
Going by the email sent yesterday, I think the blankets have been dispatched. :j Fingers crossed.I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has had to overcome while trying to succeed. Booker T Washington
