    Not a good day :o

Went to work, then the bank, then Hobbycraft. Made 80 placecards for my friend's wedding on saturday and now I feel exhausted and I don't know why  I was supposed to do the lounge today, I rearranged it a couple of weeks ago and got rid of rubbish then so it doesn't need much doing to it but I was sooooooooo determined and all I've managed to do in there is sit on the sofa :o

    Hellooo

Posted on the normal daily thread earlier that I was giving up the challenge this time as my routine went completely out of the window as been called out on business matters today & yesterday and out all day tomm. However it has reading this has inspired me again.

So altho I deffo wont be able to get done what i originally planned Im going to do some stuff today & tomm even if is only 15 mins & spend some more time (fingers crossed) on friday and saturday. Whatever happens Sat I will hoover the whole house from top to bottom and wash all the floors - this always makes me feel better & the house looks 100% more improved.

So am still here and will keep reading for motivation.

Good for you Essex-Girl. It doesn't matter how much or how little you do as long as you accomplish something. Just remember Babysteps, they will take you a long way :)

Well done Glad - quite a challenge to work nights and do this challenge. DD (darling dog - have no daughters...) decided that my nice tidy bedroom was far too clean last night and was icky all over my bed and carpet at 1am. Need I say I wasn't impressed?
However, despite being absolutely exhausted I gave the challenge my best shot again this afternoon/evening.
Tidying my hall/living room was a major task, and not one I enjoy - but it is mostly done, and the downstairs WC is thoroughly scrubbed. I do still need to vacuum and dust these rooms, but I was honestly virtually on my knees doing the last of the tidying and cleaning. My music was blasting really loud to help get the adrenaline pumping to help me do it!!!
I'm going to try to be in bed by 11 at the latest tonight as I am incredibly tired - hopefully that will allow me to crack on tomorrow.
How did you DD's party go Moggins? Hope it went well and that she had a lovely time.
Queenie - your pamper sessions sound really lovely. I had hoped to have a nice soak in the bath tonight, but it's a bit late now. I think I'll aim to have one on Friday while the little uns are still in school.
Well, best go remake the bed.
Wishing you all a good nights rest and lots of energy for tomorrow,
    Kaz x

Really feeling good about this today. Cleaned downstairs as usual - then went to work on our room. Since we've moved it's been used as a dumping ground for things which don't have a home. Well, now it looks like a proper bedroom again :D Yay! Onto the kids bedrooms on Friday.
