saving-mad wrote:I ordered some wine last month with a 1000 pionts code (total £37 inc del) i waited up till 11 pm and still no wine for a 8-10pm delivery when i phoned they said they would refund the delivery, however its not showing on by bank statement so i rang back yesterday and was told the best way to get my £5 back was to add 500 points, not wanting to seem too excited i ummed and arred then said ok, put the phone down and jumped for joy:T :T :T

do they often do that?0 -
Hi. Fairly new to this I am afraid. None of the codes on the above posts seem to work. How are they to be input?
Example is XX-1234. Does I use capital letters, is the XX needed and is the hyphen needed too?
Thanks0 -

Oh forgot to give my tally:----
£52 of measely points so far this year:cool: however, armed with the info from this site :j i.e, mobile phones, print cartridges, club card plus account (just about to open) tesco credit card (had for ages but never really used) online shopping with codes (just ordered two weeks shopping on line and managed to put a code in to get 750 points) husband now opened account plus wine and baby, tesco home insurance (getting £40 back plus paid for with credit card) . I have even cancelled my mortgage DD so I can pay using my tesco credit card (worked out £60 per year) have tried the 'wombling' but have just ended up with soggy fag ash receipts that have already been claimed  ( I will keep on trying!) so I am setting a target of .....hmmmmm.... £300 in deals for this quarter until xmas giving me a total of £500 for the year....
wish me luck xxx:T
(total on receipt to date 578)

5200 points is still good going though, maybe you should be doing some r&r's as well though and a couple of large refunds would help too.

"And if things don't add up ~ In the unlikely event you are charged a higher price than on the shelf or the product we will refund your money and you can keep the product"
In a nutshell, R&Ring is the art of buying a product that you know to be overpriced and returning it to Customer Services for a full refund and receiving the product free of charge. Customer Services will not ask for your Clubcard, therefore the points gain by your original purchase remain on your account.
I have accrued approx 3148 points this month just by doing R&R's.
