I did my shop on-line on Sunday afternoon for delivery on Thursday and according to the confirmation I have received the 1500 points even though it wasn't mailed to me. I got the 750 points which I will use for my next shop. Fingers crossed it works. Hope it works for others too!!

Buy an internet phone for half price via the Telecoms link on the Tesco site

Make a top up of £10 using registration code AQCC116 and you will collect 1000 club card points (£40 in deals) and free calls to anyone else who has one for around £20:D

I have managed to amass 18000 clubcard points this quarter (saving for a new bedroom from MFI). I went into my clubcard account this morning and noticed that it said that my points will be sent in NOVEMBER - they were due now. Phoned Clubcard CC they said that they will send them in November because I have so many !!!!!!! Already put a deposit down in the MFI sale, balance due in mid September. Any suggestions ?????

What a load of tosh, I have just received 23,000 points which is £230 pounds, just came in the ordinary post. Previous quarter recived £190 pounds worth via recorded delivery, ring them back, ask to speak to a supervisor, you won't get one but they will do what you ask. Thats my experience anyway.

    regards to all

That's interesting jennyjelly - how did you set up a direct debit to clear your bill? Can I do that on-line and even if I haven't received my first statement? What happens to things you buy and return? Does that just come off your next bill?

The best time to ask the card provider to set up a direct debit is when you fill in the application form.
If you haven't done this then ring the credit card helpline and ask them to do it straight away.
Double check your first statement where it should tell you when the money will be taken from your account you'll know then that your instructions have been followed

I ordered some wine last month with a 1000 pionts code (total £37 inc del) i waited up till 11 pm and still no wine for a 8-10pm delivery when i phoned they said they would refund the delivery, however its not showing on by bank statement so i rang back yesterday and was told the best way to get my £5 back was to add 500 points, not wanting to seem too excited i ummed and arred then said ok, put the phone down and jumped for joy:T :T :T
£37 wine and £60 deals how jammy is that?
    do they often do that?
