I have started using home delivery because I regularly obtain codes to get me 1000 bonus points. Even if you take delivery fee into account this is still cheaper than buying in store.bolton wrote:Right i have decided to go for it big time and save up as many clubcard points as possible over the next 2 years to get myself the best holiday ever.I know it will be hard and require a bit of work to get every available point from tesco's so i was wondering if anyone has
A .... anytips to start me of
B... explain how it pays to use tesco home delivery to gain more points when you get charged for the delivery?

Hi
Picked up a leaflet instore 1000 clubcard points if you open a new Tesco savings account between 19th July and 20th September.
You have to have £1000 of cleared funds in the account on 30th September.
Points will show on November statement. From speaking to them appears that even if you have an account if you open a new one you will still get the points.
Could not see this online but they are sending an me application pack

Is there a minimum spend for these codes?
And
Is this only for Groceries?
Thanks0 -
Hi, thanks for these.
Are there any minimum spends do you know?0 -
No minimum spend on these codes, nothing mentioned even in the terms & conditions the note with them says 'if you shop for groceries' use these codes etc. No mention of where else they can be used.
Hope this helps

taxiphil wrote:Can I ask - was it a large Tesco Extra store that you bought the blender from? It's just that I've got the same voucher and I've been intending to do exactly the same thing as you. But I've searched in 5 Tesco branches now and can't find the blender on sale anywhere!
yes it was a large extra store and i took it back to a smaller store. having said that i am sure i have seen it in a smaller store as i looked at it last year because i was going to buy one. in the end i just got a one for £5!!! as i knew i would not use it very often.Just about to give up!0 -
