I haven't been able to log in using an email address for several months. Always have to use the nectar card number.
I have never ever been able to log on with my email address.... Don't even try it any longer... I have my clubcard number now saved in my PC because constantly taking out my purse for the card is annoying.0 -

Even tried registering my card (don't remember bothering to update the necessary details when I got a new card) but still got the 'unrecognised card number... could be because it's unregistered' message
I'm only trying to restart using my account because it's the only place offering points for amazon - can any one tell me what rewards they do now / if they're wprth it?
I also only used it for collecting on Amazon shopping... and occasionaly on small Ebay purchases, because Airmiles have 1p per £10 and sometimes I buy items of smaller value.
They did big changes - now Amazon vouchers are the same cost in points as Argos and Sainsburys itself - ie 500 points = £2.50. Which is good.
They currently have offer on Ask restaurants, where you can just swipe your card and pay for part/whole of the food bill - normally 500 points = £2.50, now 500 points = £5.
You cannot exchange your points for actual items like before, where they offered actual items for given amount of points..0 -
Silly question, but do i have to go throught eh nectar website, or can I just bookmark the links from there to Amazon, eBay, etc? (the links that are there briefily on the 'now redirecting' page)?0

If you want to get your nectar points you'd highly likely best going through the nectar website links.
Haven't had problems with cookies & nectar but maybe also worth having another browser/profile to ensure cookies track and aren't counted as a "visit" before going to the nectar site0 -

You have to go through the Nectar site - and also make sure your basket is empty at the shop first, do your shopping after you click through from Nectar. If you already have something in your basket you do not get points on it.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Is there a way to convert Nectar points into airmiles.

Do you not? Are you sure of it?0 -

I recall it being mentioned on here somewhere before, can't recall exactly where though, but I no longer take the risk, I find the item I want first, then go through Nectar and put it in my basket then. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
