Im not sure you could ask, I get nectar points every month when my pay my phone bill with talktalk, so it'd be great to know if I can get points from my utility bill with Scottish Power. I did get an offer through regarding points for signing up for british gas homecare packages, which I already have for my boiler, must phone and ask if this applies foe existing homecare customers xx

Now talk talk have joined with Tiscali, can you collect Nectar points with Tiscali?

It appears that from August 12th 2009, you can no longer collect Nectar Points from your TalkTalk bill.

TalkTalk is leaving the programme !

    http://www.talktalkmembers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18833 post # 16

    Have e-mailed Nectar for confirmation.

    Thsi was their reply....

"Thank you for your e-mail regarding TalkTalk.

I have discussed this matter with the Customer Relations department and they have advised that in order to receive further information regarding this you will need to contact TalkTalk directly."

Not a very helpful reply - did not confirm whether TalkTalk was leaving the programme.

    Hi Emweaver,

TalkTalk do not own Tiscali as yet so you can not collect nectar points from Tiscali. As lgb2100 has said in his post TalkTalk will be leaving the nectar scheme later this year.

    Cheers

I picked up a freepost inkjet cartridge recycling envelope at the checkout in Sainsbo's yesterday. You can get 100 Nectar points or have 50p donated to Comic Relief or 50points & 25p donation.

Got all excited there until I read this:
Please Note: We recycle all mobile phones however we cannot accept epson, epson compatible or damaged cartridges. For a full list of accepted printer cartridges click here
    .

    Shame.
No signature here. Move along please.
  • You should take a look at the list of "Acceptable" cartridges and mobile phones. You can make 4 times what they are offering on ebay. And even more than that for a working model of the mobile phones.

Tesco are offering £2 in points for any working mobile phone and £1 for a longer list of empty cartridges. And that's without considering the 4x deals.

As usual Sainsbury's have hardly excelled themselves with their recycling Nectar deal.
