I remember seeing a sale last year on the website where items where reduced a 3rd, does anybody know whether this will be repeated, and if so when?

    Hello
I was sent vouchers to use with Sainsburys to award quadruple points on £20 shops. I used 3 from the start of the deal and was surprised they didn't award the points at the till. Instead you had to give the tiny voucher and yet received nothing to indicate it had been given.

I thought this was suspicious. Points were stated to only be awarded up to 28 days later.

All 28 day periods for each voucher have now passed and cannot see any of the offer points have been awarded. Quadruple means you get 40 points for the £20 spent awarded at the transaction time then another 120 [3 times 40] to be awarded in 28 days. For 3 vouchers that means 360 points but have not had any added.

    Anyone have similar problems?

    Ta for any help/advice/experiences posted.

You could sign up for EDF energy and get points from each bill here.........

    http://www.nectar.com/earnpoints/eenergy.nectar#tab2

Im a bit reluctant to switch yet though. xx

i've just done this, after completing their online money saver calculator. Said I'd save something like £48 a year which will do for me. They credited my nectar account with 800 starting points, sent me a £25 gift card for sainsburys and I will earn points each money - anything helps!

Also traded in a few old mobile phones I found lying around the house - nearly 3000 nectar points!

I've always been a member of lovefilm but its never let me add nectar account so i emailed them and they've backdated my points also!

I haven't read through all this thread but the item in today's newsletter on Nectar doesn't mention the Sainsbury's Credit Card which gives the first 10 months interest free (but pay it off in time!) and doubles the Nectar points to 4 per in-store £1 spent. AmEx does the same but doesn't give any interest free period.
  • If you are buying anything on-line, log-on the Nectar site first. Go to the store site through Nectar and whatever you purchase will earn Nectar points.

    Hi
Apologies if this has already been mentioned but I am a bit fed up with nectar!
Been saving points for ages and doing all I can to increase my balance as I was saving up for annual Merlin passes for the family.
I now have 90,000 points and need 100,000 for 5 passes. However when you look at the fact that I can buy the passes direct for £480.00 and compare that to the fact that 100,000 points would give me £500.00 off my shopping its better to spend the points in store!!!
Tesco only charge £37.50 of deals tokens per annual pass which is much easier to achieve!
