    ok so i have called again, and CS have said its a definate no, VIP is not showing on my account. Shall i wait just in case or call it a day?

    What??! that's just bizarre! i'd be demanding a slot! seriously, i'd phone and ask to speak to a supervisor.

    Rang again to see if i spoke to someone else and it would make a difference...she was v polite and said log in at 4pm!!! little boy wants to make some choccy crispie cakes so need to hurry before 4pm!!! lol

    I have just called and was told they def go live at 4pm and all customer services have been blocked now from booking them over the phone and she will book the first slot for me when they go live at 4pm for tue at 7pm and I will get a email confirmation straight away. Got her name and direct line just in case - I never beleive anything they say!

    how can they email you a slot and then say you aren't selected..? that is bull! You should call back or just wait til 4 when it supposedly goes live and check your online account.
