NEXT VIP slots

5 phone calls later and i have a slot tues 7pm - midnight
keep trying! was told the same rubbish about call after 4pm but just rang, got a different guy and he did it
ring the vip help number not normal cs number
also had email confirmation now

theres nothing showing on my account though confirming my slot etc.
has anyone else who has got a slot / confirmation email not got anything on their account? dont know if it is taking time to come through or anything

emweaver i just called up and they said i deff have been selected for vip and like i said before have email confirming my slot maybe you should call up again as its clear cs have no clue about wats going on

The girl I spoke to done good, got my confirmation email - tue 7pm, so keep calling customer services as they can book them now as she said she would book it as soon as it let her!

I'm not calling 5 times to get a slot, its a good sale but not that good!

After having regular VIP Slots for approx 4 years, they dried up this year!
The last two Sales (summer & mid season) saw no VIP Link or Email, and when I phoned I was told I HADN'T been selected this time...BUT....1 or 2 days later, an Email arrived with the Invitation, and I was able to access the VIP Sale!!
To Summarise.....Don't worry if you don't receive an Invitation Today, you may still get one, even if the Slot might be later. (its still before the General release) I still managed to get a lot of things left in stock!
