NEXT VIP slots

well apparently i havent been selected, although i dont know what to do now after reading all the conflicting advice CS are giving everyone....do i hang on and keep checking after 4 or give up and accept im not one of the lucky ones...hmmmm

nope then when i rang to find out why was told because im not a vip and slots not really booked :eek:

I was told the 5pm slots were fully booked. Maybe by Next employees?

called VIP no and spoke to Raviya told her I had been selected but computer froze!

I have just got off the phone to vip cs and apparently I have not been selected even though i have had one for every other sale GUTTED! But she did say i would be able to look wednesday and place an order on Saturday....don't understand! I asked what criteria they use to select customers and she said there is none they are literally just random! Might leave it half an hour and ring again!
