I've been a customer of next for 3 years online, spent quite a bit with them too! Furnished my 2 kids bedrooms with furniture and matching curtains, the list goes on and on... just rang and I havent been selected, yet a girl in my office has and doesnt buy a thing! Its not fair!!! (god I'm turning into my kids!!) x0

Its only what happened to me the last 2 sales. I was told I had one and even had the name of the guy that told me.
I went bananas and tried all sorts but it didnt get me anywhere.
I have only ever had one sale slot at a mid season, but do I complain lol! OOOOOOOOOOOh yes0 -
5 phone calls later and i have a slot tues 7pm - midnight
keep trying! was told the same rubbish about call after 4pm but just rang, got a different guy and he did it
ring the vip help number not normal cs number
also had email confirmation now0 -
I was told 4pm - the lady seemed to know her stuff though to be fair. Plus she phoned back after to confirm!0
