    i've got mine booked- cs guy tried to tell they don't golive til 4pm but i just said that i knew that other people had had slots booked for them by other cs advisors. got a 7pm slot yay!!

    someone said a couple of posts back its going live online at 4.00pm. this is a bit of a farce on next's behalf really, they don't seem to have a message for all customers .. ar&e and elbow are words that come to mind.

    Gave up the refreshing game and rang in.. Got told i have been selected but will have to wait for my e-mail and he spoke to his supervisor who said to wait until 8pm and check!!!! Oh well my refreshing button will be broke by the time i finish!

    Just rang CS, and got told they were giving out slots over the phone but have been told not to do this anymore, and the emails will be sent out from 4pm today.

    those that have email confirming their slot is it showing under your accounts when you log in?
