    no sorry i just rang to ask about it
    she was lovely asked me if i received an email on the 16th dec and i genuinely hadnt so she said it would be re sent within the next 24 hours
    i mentioned that other ppl had already booked slots and she went off to ask someone and came back and after first saying they couldnt book them over the phone did just that so thank you next lady :)

    Hi my husband just rang customer service (its his account) cs guy said emails are going out tomorrow so keep checking email!!

    Ive just rang theyv said the same to me, so i've wasted a whole afternoon waiting.......... is this really worth it:confused:

    Have just phoned the VIP number and have been given a VIP slot for 9pm.
    She says this is the earliest slot.
