NEXT VIP slots

Try this number, it's free. 08007314567. Takes you through to Customer Services. Was told I wasn't getting one and I don't think I will. Was told I was getting one for the summer sale and I didn't. I thanked the guy politely and told him I was off to spend my money in other sales then!

When you sign into your account, on the left it says Account Options, above the sign out option it says VIP sale in bold letters. I daren't sign out of my account to see if its still coming up, but it's there at the moment.

CS just said i have definitely been selected for a slot, said some will get emails, some a call and some a letter to help the system? Said I'd get a call today or tomorrow and thats when I could book the slot. who knows.. I'm not holding my breath! !Sounds like all the good slots will be gone before I get mine anyway.. might have to get up ridiculously early boxing day and go to my local store. :rolleyes:

i must admit i just said id like to book my slot please then she asked about the email etc etc

Has anyone else been told that they will get a phone call and be able to book their slot that way? Am I the only one?? Its not looking good :0(

ok totally confused next have sent me to emails confirming a slot, which i havent booked but please about.although its not showing under my account? others who have a slot when you login is the sale vip showing there as usual

im not getting this vip sale message when i sign it, ive prob not been selected then
