I find it rather unfair that some people are being allowed to book over the phone whereas others aren't?? why do Next do this??

just rang cs and they said theres no details on the account but if i've been selected i should receive email today or tomorrow

I have rang them (for the third time) and asked to book over the phone (my card must be marked) and she explained the invites go out in batches - some people have made appointments over the phone but they would only be the customers who were to be sent the first lots of emails!! No email no slot! Boo - if it's sent alphabetically I am going to change my surname to Aardvark!!!

did the people that booked the slot just ask straight away if they can book there slots or did they ask if they have one?

maybe the way you approach it makes a difference?

I just phoned the number & she wouldnt book one but did say that the link goes live at 4pm, CS have just been told by the supervisor? x
