I rang, she said no slot this year, then oh actually yes you have been selected, no I can't book over the phone, keep watching your emails. My suspicious mind is saying that she just didin't want any grief so quickly said oh yes you're a VIP (2 people previously said I wasn't) and got me off the phone as quick as possible......0
