    I love the farce of the vip next sale every year! It's like their is no communication between customer service staff at all, nobody knows whats going on!

    when i rang i was told it went live at 3pm

    I agree, it's just cr*p! and no consistency at all which does make it totally unfair!!

    just phoned them again and been told i've not been selected but he'll try and sort one out for the next sale,
