    Hi Miche

Its lovely to see you posting here again. I completely understand the feelings you are going through and hope it helps you coming back on here to vent. The panic attack must of been awful, I had one myself a few years ago and my husband had to call 999 as he thought I was having a heart attack. The paramedics gave me a brown bag to breathe in and out from (something to do with carbon dioxide levels!?) and it did the trick, but was an awful experience to go through.

I was only saying to my husband this morning that when we are discharged (12 weeks time) I want to try and move on and put this all behind us if I can. I wasnt prepared for how much the whole process can affect you emotionally and physically and I am just hoping that AD will bring some kind of end to it all for us also.

Well done on your assessments too, what brilliant grades, I wish you all the best with your studying. Just think when you qualify you will have a great career and be a fantastic role model for your little ones, I know you will do it.

I am on Phils facebook too so will look out for you!

    Take care hun

I have been on MSE as another user frequenting green living, veg growing, shabby chic renovating scratty old furniture etc bu avoiding BR like the plague. Last night as the other user I wrote a msg in discussion time (yeah, get me!) and was thanked by confused76, I don't know if you knew it was me conf but I got a massive shock. My friend read a post by my and thanked me and didn't know it was me :( That's not good, I felt very underhand without meaning to. The reason I set up another username was so nobody could look at my back posts and bring up the bankruptcy as the whole idea was about me moving on with my new respectible life. I didn't mean to be cloak and dagger. So that's one reason why I am here this morning but I've another to explain.

hiya lovely so nice to see you post..
truth is i knew it was you posting in DT, and i thought it was a very brave post as they can be quite vicious in there, so i thanked you hoping that you saw that you'd got my support :o i'm glad you saw it x sorry you felt underhand, drive those thoughts away as i knew it was you :) i was going to message you on fb over the next couple of days

sorry to hear about the panic attacks....i am glad you got help though. don't be afraid to go back if you're not coping

great news on the OU work, you little star :D

br is a tough time, and i can fully understand you not wanting to look at it every day, and i can see you are really trying to move forward. your friends are here if you ever feel like popping in - if you don't we understand that too. i seem to cope by immersing myself in it, reading everything there is to know about it and trying to help newbies on here. just my own way of coping

onwards and upwards hun! you know where i am - and we don't even have to mention br xxxxxxxx
