Lol, I managed too pretty easily, and (according to Steve Job's clan) I am stupid and dumb because of my support for Microsoft.

Didn't steal it by the way - bought it 2nd hand.

Ok next question, should I get the archos now assuming a good price or should I wait for the HTC passion/dragon? Its got some impressive specs. Plus its a phone.
  • do you mean the HTC Bravo?

One and the same I believe.
  • Whether you choose the Bravo over the Archos might come down to your preference for converging phone and camera functionality with a portable internet/media device or having a device primarily for playing content/media that also has some online connectivity features.

Also ask yourself if you want to wait - Bravo/Passion due in Q2 2010 so it'll be April at the earliest. No confirmed details as yet on price, but it won't be cheap SIM-free (comparable to cost of HD2 probably) and it'll be linked to the more expensive mobile contracts.

Instead of enduring your apparently never-ending quest to get a good Android phone, why don't you just bite the bullet and get an iPhone?

How much better than everything else does it have to be before you'll buy it? :p

The "quest" as you put it will be up when I can afford to get one, ie when I'm up for an upgrade. No iphone for me cos I dont think it'll make a good phone and I'm on the wrong network. Theres phones that can do what it does cheaper. I was gonna go for the hero but they keep bring out better phones before my upgrade.

Its simply not worth the money.

Just look at the things on this list of the 35 best iPhone apps this year.

Heck, even just look at this list of the 10 best apps in the past week.

There's nothing that can match its breadth of available apps.
