Maybe Avon will allow her to pay for the orders up front to prove she is reliable, to build a credit report with them.

Thanks again, aureol; put that suggestion to her and you could hear an audible gulp at the other end of the line! :rotfl: Am 'guessing' that's a No-No then..... (least from her end)

Definately still get written approval as well to cover yourself.

Thanks for the advice, after discussing it further looks like we may be going down the OH route. Well, can but try....

Hi, hope you dont mind me asking but I met above the MOV on my first order but did not get any samples, I asked my SL but she could not tell me why or if they would come in the next order, I have now submitted my second order and met above MOV, will I get the free samples from both ?

    Thanks for your help
    Hi MSwan,

Could be wrong but the SmartStart incentive scheme re. free samples, etc. tends to run every second campaign i.e. after C2, 4 and 6.

You get extra samples/incentives if you hit HOV but provided you've hit MOV on C1 and C2 then you should get some samples included with your C2 delivery.

MSwan, your ASM or SL should have given you, your Smart Start incentive pack as there are some differences depending which team you fall under. But the generic pack is

Log onto your account and check your home page too, there should be information on the scheme for you too.

For my Reps it is under the Ungaro perfume ad, it says Avon Smart Start aim high and reap the rewards, if you click on the > arrow, this will take you to information about the scheme.

Thanks, aureol. There is a typical comparison of a newbie SL's advice to a well-established/informed SL's advice :T

MC, I don't think what you said was wrong but I know there are several trials running with different areas, and I just don't want to tell people things and find for their area it was different.

And I am not that well informed as still don't have my smart start packs for my team!

A - if you email sales leader team and ask, they will post out replacement leaflets for putting into appointment packs to update them, I asked the other week and they were posted out the same day!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A
