A - if you email sales leader team and ask, they will post out replacement leaflets for putting into appointment packs to update them, I asked the other week and they were posted out the same day!
I phoned up 4 weeks ago and was told they would be sent out. Will send them an email, but have today registered with Jobcentre, am waiting for a phonecall from them to complete application form, which is going to be fun! Trying to explain how I get paid, discount based, irregular, etc.0 -
MSwan, your ASM or SL should have given you, your Smart Start incentive pack as there are some differences depending which team you fall under. But the generic pack is

Log onto your account and check your home page too, there should be information on the scheme for you too.
For my Reps it is under the Ungaro perfume ad, it says Avon Smart Start aim high and reap the rewards, if you click on the > arrow, this will take you to information about the scheme.
Thankyou and MC for coming back to me, I am on the generic pack but it states that you will recieve your samples in the campaign that you qualify for so I was expecing them in my first pack ?? Hopefully they will come with my second order on Friday.0 -

I am surprised you didn't receive them with your first order, you did put in an order of at least £78, on time, online?
If you don't get anything in your delivery this Friday, email Customer Service through your account and ask them to check for you.
When you log onto your account, you will see at the top and bottom of the page, a Contact Us, click on this and choose My Business option, and then click on email us. Send them an email this way explaining what has happened and they should be able to verify for you.0 -
I didn't receive anything with my first order but did get some free samples with my second order. I hit MOV on both (well I hit HOV on my second). I think if you signed up on C5 or after you have a different scheme where you get stuff on your 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th delivery providing you hit MOV on each order. If you signed up before C5 then it's just 2nd, 4th and 6th. That's what I gather from the website anyway!
Off to collect my first lot of books this campaign, hoping for some orders as I'm a bit doubtful this campaign mainly because I had some big orders last time so my thinking is that those people won't order again this campaign as they did such a big order last time! Thanks yummymummy85, that's what MC said, and I think you are both right. As an SL, we have a different website and I am having to view things through one of team who has recently been recruited.
And without paperwork I can't remember the whole scheme.
Just a shame the ASM or SL for mswan didn't go through this information or give information.
I do remember when I started, my SL gave me a load of leaflets and information and said you need to read this. I read the ones about doorstep distribution but not ones about the actual reward scheme, etc.0 -

Has anybody ordered the new(ish) naturals smoothie hair & body wash? I ordered for hols/swimming because it said hair & body wash. Then I saw on latest invoice that there was a printing error, checked my bottle and it just says body wash (or something like that, no mention of hair). MC, I don't think what you said was wrong but I know there are several trials running with different areas, and I just don't want to tell people things and find for their area it was different.
And I am not that well informed as still don't have my smart start packs for my team!
Hadn't realised until this morning that they'd even issued new Smart Start leaflets and were doing the various trials across the country (must read the news bit of my website more regularly!)
Good job we have some up-to-date SLs onboard here. :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
