I'm just trying to put my order through and am looking at the estimated subtotal page. The total cost (to me) of my customers products is £59.35 and the total cost of things I have ordered (brochures, bags etc.) is £18.71. This totals £78.06 so is over the MOV so I qualify for 20% discount on the customer products which is £14.84. If I take £14.84 away from £78.06 I'm left with £63.22 to pay Avon.
The total of my customer order forms is £75.71 so once I've paid Avon I should be left with £12.49 earnings.
Have I got this right??? Again I'm really sorry if I'm being a dozy cow, just can't seem to make it all make sense!
The total cost to you takes into account the discount, so if the total cost to you is £78.06 and you have £75.71 of orders then you are at a loss of £2.34. I found the following on the PC forum, so I guess that answers the question
I just spoke to Avon, and i thought i'd clear it up for you.
Heres how it was explained:
Additional orders in C17 and C18 are commissionable as long as your regular order was MOV (we knew that)
"This will be ongoing for presidents club members" means that every year, in C17 and C18, presidents club members will be able to place an additional order and get commission if MOV was met on their regular order, it DOES NOT mean that there will be commission earning additional orders for EACH campaign next year.
Hope that clears things up (her words not mine)

no no ellibee! thats wrong... its only been clarified this week for me that its EVERY additional order as a pc rep not just c17 and c18
:D:D
I asked avon myself about it and i have this email off them cos i asked them to clarify it for me (twice!)
" Dear Miss ********
Thank you for your recent email.
On checking our records, I can confirm that you are entitled to receive a commission on all additional orders placed, provided the main order is above the Minimum Order Value.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards
Avon Customer Service Centre"
Will still cost you £2.50 delivery but you WILL get your commission even if you only place a small order .... aslong as your main order hit MOV/HOV:j
And as DOUBLE confirmation my latest invoice has an adjustment for the c1 additional order for £40ish i did and never got commission on because the system wasnt working properly to apply the discount back then

OK, am officially 'thick'. Just received one of the gyroscopic strength balls (yes, I forward ordered it as it seemed a good idea at the time....) Can't for the life of me figure out how to use it. Any tips before I just give up and return it?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon

Hellooo - got delivery yesterday with a missing lipgloss! Have rung up and ordered an immediate replacement. As its a small item I'm assuming it'll come in the post.
I'm going to do my deliveries on Tuesday - does anybody know now long these things usually take to arrive?0 -
Hi Clare
yes, as it is only a small item they will post to you in a jiffy bag, they say to allow 5-7 days for delivery, but you may be lucky enough to receive it by next Tuesday.0 -
I was reading the online 'news' section and noticed that in Hello Tomorrow 8 they will be offering "a fantastic pack of full-sized Nailwear enamels for you to demonstrate. All 17 shades are included". Anyone know how much these nail enamels packs are priced at? Should I wait until then????
Hi Bex - its £33, making them £1.94 each. Not sure if that's just Nailwear pro or whether it includes the speed dry shades as well.0 -

Brill thanks Aureol - they quoted 7-10 days by post, was just wondering if anybody had experience of how long it actually takes. Thought that 7-10 days was a bit long but my request of "can you tell me if that will be sent out first class post tonight" didn't appear to be understood by the lady on the other end of the line!!0
