no no ellibee! thats wrong... its only been clarified this week for me that its EVERY additional order as a pc rep not just c17 and c18
:D:D
I asked avon myself about it and i have this email off them cos i asked them to clarify it for me (twice!)
" Dear Miss ********
Thank you for your recent email.
On checking our records, I can confirm that you are entitled to receive a commission on all additional orders placed, provided the main order is above the Minimum Order Value.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards
Avon Customer Service Centre"
Will still cost you £2.50 delivery but you WILL get your commission even if you only place a small order .... aslong as your main order hit MOV/HOV:j
And as DOUBLE confirmation my latest invoice has an adjustment for the c1 additional order for £40ish i did and never got commission on because the system wasnt working properly to apply the discount back then
That's how I understood it too. Definitely right then.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Oooh! That's brilliant! Thanks Johanne & !!!!!! Here
I spent half the night wondering how I was going to tell my best customer that I didn't actually want to place the additional order that i'd promised to do next weekso being able to do it and get commission is great!

No - definitely not just you. There is a whole thread on the PC Forum on just this subject.
People are having trouble with the cord breaking, and also how to use the bloomin' thingsLots of them are being returned, so I'm not keen to sell any.

it says on the back of Book 5, pull the string out to spin the inner ball, then rotate your wrist to keep it spinning - how long can you keep it going.
Ok, a bit out there, but try taking it to a local Gym and asking one of the trainers to show you how to use it, they should have these or something similar and be able to show you how to use it.

Hey all!
Please accept a newbie into your midst (I await marshmallows and chocolate, heehee)
Anyway, I wondered if I could double check something with those in the know regarding AVON.
I'll start with a funny story.....
I was on my way to my mum's last night when a women literally jumped out of still moving car and approached me in the street - she was the passenger obviously.
Anyway, she was an AVON representitive and tried to talk me there and then, but as I was going to be busy I couldn't spare the time. I thought that finding out more wouldn't hurt anyway so asked for more information and she would visit me today to discuss it. She has now been and gone and as I knew there was a thread on here about AVON, I thought it can't be that bad. I know there are ups and down so am prepared for that.
However what I thought was strange was that she said you don't register as self-employed to stay with them. I specifically asked as I am aware of the problems of sometimes getting money and not declaring it.
Can anyone clear this up for me? I really wouldn't mind trying it as finances are sufferring at the mo with the economy as is. I was just surprised that she was so adamant that it was un-neccessary.
I just wanted to check what people did regarding this.
CheersI'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:0 -
Hi angelcatcher and welcome to the thread.
As my Sales Leader told me, you tell people that they should register as self employed, and to contact the Inland Revenue for further information, but that is all you can do. You tell them they are self employed, they do not work directly for Avon as employees but are self employed independent Representatives.
It is then upto the individual to register. However someone in the past mentioned, obvioulsy Avon keep records of all the people working for them as Independent Reps, and I assume if the Inland Revenue asked they could be given this information.
At the end of the day you have been advised and it is a personal choice.
Me, personally I have registered as it affects a lot of things in my life, ie Tax Credits, housing benefit, etc0 -
You do need to register as self employed, sorry. It is the law and as it is you would be in real trouble with the tax office if they found out you were not declaring income.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

Sorry I can't help, but just to let you know you are not on your own. I just did a credit for mine, it's going back when my C5 gets delivered, since I could not figure it out. My hubby and 13 year old was no good either.
I've ordered the "stretch and tone band" now, maybe I'll have better luck with that combined with Slimming World.
