i was in Boots today and decided to get some disposable razors and printed out the voucher from the ACM. I got the 31 basic ones but voucher would not go through, SA went to talk to another SA came back and said that she thought it would not work because it was for mens razors..sure enough at the very bottom of the voucher in minute print it said IN MENS SECTION!!!!
didn't have time to find out why but what is going on here??!

The policy is on the back of the till receipts. I shopped at Boots today, my receipt says, 'please keep this recceipt and we will happily give you a refund if you chnage your mind. Without a receipt, we'll give you an exchange. There are some exceptions and we will always make these clear. For the safety of all our customers we can't accept returned medicines, cosmetics or foods, unless faulty'.

Looks like 1) policy hasnt changed and the SA was being awquard ;) or 2) they've not updated their till rolls yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see

I phoned customer services yesterday - I have a gift I want to return, no receipt, they said can return without receipt for an exchange, but no longer give refunds.

    Hello
Can someone tell me what the deal is on this toothpaste at the moment.

Is it BOGOF or 3 for 2?
    Thanks

can't find it on website, sorry.
health visitor & dentist both told us just to use very small amount of adult toothpaste instead of kids stuff though, said they were just expensive marketing to make u feel u have to spend a fortune when u don't. we use mild n minty aquafresh as some of the others are too strong tasting & dentist said ds1 has fantastic teeth so must be ok for him!

Last Saturday I discovered the AMs are churning out vouchers that give 150 points when you buy any boots razors.
So I bought the basic 35p on BOGOF and bagged the points thus £1.15 better off and 10 new razors!!
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Since the No.7 Summer treats (the ones you get free if you spend £12) go throught the till at £0.00, do you think if you tried to buy them without buying a No.7 product they'd still go through free? Anyone tried?

Or if that didn't work, would you be able to get more than 2 free with your £12+ No.7 product, if the SA didn't notice?

I purchased £20 of NO7 stuff the other day and picked up 2 summer treats. The till refused the items as the SA (young male) tried to scan them before the NO7 stuff, They scanned ok after the NO7 stuff though. So I guess this won't work.
    Nice thought though.
